Refund Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to the unique and custom-made nature of art and creative goods, all sales are generally final.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details.

 

2. Custom Orders

  • Custom artworks, personalized items, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from your order.

 

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

    • The item arrives damaged or defective

    • The wrong item was delivered

    • The order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances on our side (e.g., out of stock)

  • We may require photos or evidence of damage/defect for processing your claim.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Please contact us at kinghangart@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Course/Workshop Fees

  • Course or workshop fees are non-refundable once the class has started, unless the class is cancelled by Lunadoart.

  • If we cancel a class before it begins, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong, or defective item).
