1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the unique and custom-made nature of art and creative goods, all sales are generally final.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details.
2. Custom Orders

Custom artworks, personalized items, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from your order.
3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged or defective

The wrong item was delivered

The order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances on our side (e.g., out of stock)

We may require photos or evidence of damage/defect for processing your claim.
4. Refund Process

If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Course/Workshop Fees

Course or workshop fees are non-refundable once the class has started, unless the class is cancelled by Lunadoart.

If we cancel a class before it begins, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong, or defective item).
