For custom artwork or made-to-order items, processing time may be longer. We will notify you of the estimated delivery time via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Fees

We offer local and international shipping via reputable courier services (e.g., SF Express, Hongkong Post, DHL, etc.).

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.

Free local shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (details shown at checkout).
3. Delivery Time

Local orders (Hong Kong/Macau): Usually delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

International orders: Delivery times vary by destination and courier, generally 7–21 business days.

Custom artworks: Delivery will be arranged upon completion and confirmation with the customer.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your shipment status via the courier’s website.
5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

Lunadoart is not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Damages & Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery (with photos if damaged).

We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and arrange for replacement or refund where applicable.
7. Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.

Lunadoart is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
