  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving payment.

  • For custom artwork or made-to-order items, processing time may be longer. We will notify you of the estimated delivery time via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Fees

  • We offer local and international shipping via reputable courier services (e.g., SF Express, Hongkong Post, DHL, etc.).

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free local shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (details shown at checkout).

3. Delivery Time

  • Local orders (Hong Kong/Macau): Usually delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International orders: Delivery times vary by destination and courier, generally 7–21 business days.

  • Custom artworks: Delivery will be arranged upon completion and confirmation with the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment status via the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • Lunadoart is not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Damages & Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery (with photos if damaged).

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and arrange for replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Customs & Import Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.

  • Lunadoart is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
